AI-Powered Resume–Job Matching System · Project 77 · 4th Semester

What we built

HireMatch is a web application that automates the resume screening process. Recruiters upload resumes and job descriptions. Our NLP pipeline extracts skills, experience and education from each document, then scores every resume against the job using a weighted algorithm that considers skill overlap, experience match, and TF-IDF-based rarity weighting.
